Welcome to the Pacvue Trust Center
Trust is fundamental to how Pacvue operates. Our customers rely on us to protect their data, support their business, and operate with transparency, accountability, and care. The Pacvue Trust Center gives customers, partners, and stakeholders a clear view into the security, privacy, resilience, and governance practices behind our platform.
Pacvue Corporation is a Washington corporation headquartered in Irvine, California. Our security program is aligned with the ISO 27000 series of information security standards, which guide our approach to risk management, internal controls, secure operations, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
Security is built into how we design, develop, deploy, and operate our services. Our development practices include code review, automated vulnerability scanning, continuous integration, testing, and security oversight throughout the software lifecycle, supported by monitoring, endpoint protection, access control, and threat intelligence capabilities that help us identify, assess, and respond to risk.
Our Approach to Data Protection
Customers retain ownership of their data and are responsible for its classification. Pacvue documents applicable data protection requirements through contractual agreements and maintains controls designed to protect customer data throughout its lifecycle.
Pacvue does not collect, store, process, transmit, or transfer consumer personally identifiable information, payment card information, or protected health information on behalf of customers, unless expressly agreed in writing. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and backups are encrypted to support confidentiality and resilience. We maintain controls to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, data exposure, and data exfiltration, including endpoint protection, monitoring, logging, and access management.
Operational Resilience
Pacvue maintains business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities designed to support the availability and reliability of our services. Backups are managed in accordance with applicable contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements, and high availability options are available for SaaS (Software as a Service) environments where appropriate.
We continuously monitor infrastructure usage, data volume growth, and compute demand so we can scale resources to support customer needs as our business and our customers' businesses grow.
Monitoring and Incident Response
Pacvue actively monitors its SaaS infrastructure and security environment to detect, investigate, and respond to potential threats. Security logs are collected and retained for a minimum of one year, with extended retention for identified security events.
Our security program incorporates threat intelligence to stay informed about emerging risks. In the event of a confirmed security incident affecting customer data or services, Pacvue notifies impacted customers in accordance with applicable contractual obligations, generally within 72 hours.
Access Control and Confidentiality
Pacvue applies role-based access controls to administrative functions and sensitive systems. Access is granted based on business need and reviewed to support appropriate authorization and accountability.
Employees, contractors, and service providers are subject to confidentiality obligations, including non-disclosure agreements and other contractual requirements, to help ensure customer information is handled appropriately and protected from unauthorized use or disclosure.
People, Training, and Oversight
Security is a shared responsibility across Pacvue. All employees complete mandatory cybersecurity awareness training, and our security team provides oversight for the policies, controls, and practices that make up our information security program.
Pacvue conducts background verification checks for personnel prior to employment, consistent with applicable law and role requirements.
Our Commitment
Pacvue's security program is designed to protect customer data, support resilient operations, and provide transparency into how we manage risk. We continuously evaluate and improve our practices as our business, technology, customers, and threat landscape evolve.
